I am a certified Agile coach working with teams  that typically operate outside of the software  development space. I have a passion for  helping teams and individuals find better ways  of working.

I first became interested in Agile shortly after  joining Vistaprint, as I saw first-hand how it  could empower teams to deliver great work  and bring the teams and the organisation closer  to its customers.

I was soon Agile-trained and influencing  mindsets within the organisation. I have since  had the opportunity to obtain deeper training  and qualifications as Certified Agile coach  and Certified Agile Facilitator, subsequently  reorienting my career towards coaching, and  extending the reach beyond Vistaprint across several organisations, countries and continents.

My fruitful career of over 25 years in marketing, advertising, design and coaching provides a potent combination of business know-how with bravado for creative solutions.

Completing the Agile Practitioner Pathway (Emergn, 2015) came naturally to me as I realised I had already been managing teams applying Agile values and principles for years.

Nurturing an environment of learning, fun and co-creation gets the work to “done” faster in a more satisfying way for all involved, and dissolves complexities often found in traditional work relationships.

My guiding philosophy: “The object is not to create great solutions, it’s to be in that wonderful state where great solutions are inevitable.” (Inspired by Woody Zuill)

NATALIA LUKAS

I am certified Agile Coach and Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach passionate about assisting organizations, teams and individuals to continuously improve and grow.

Becoming a Coach was discovering my calling. One of the main reasons I focus on Agile Coaching is because I and my team experienced tremendously positive impact of Agile on our work, collaboration and team health. Becoming an Agile Coach, I simply want to bring this positive experience to many more people. 

As an organization, you should not invest into coaching, but into better results. When working with leaders, teams and individuals I do make sure that we track improvements and impact. The key outcomes should always be: making the end customer more successful and happier which will drive better business results.

My 10+ years experience from large e-commerce and telco organizations working with and within cross-functional teams helps me to recognize the challenges and impediments of these corporate environments.

ANTONIO JOSÉ GONZÁLEZ SANCHIS

I am an Agile Certified Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner. I have coached teams and individuals at many different levels, from C-level to technology teams which is where I have focused the most.

On one hand, the engineering side of me focuses on the tactics of Agile and how to implement different agile frameworks within teams. On the other hand, my business side understands the agile values and principles so I continue focusing on value and flow when embarking on any engagement. 

 My main focus is on bridging the gap between 'Why' having an agile mindset is important and ‘how' to obtain it. I help teams understand 'how' they can get there through facilitation, training, mentoring and coaching.
